Here's how we get your order from our hands to your doorstep.
US shipping rates
One flat rate for the whole order, however many pieces are in it. You'll see it at checkout, with the cost, before you pay.

The threshold is your order total before tax, so adding one more small piece is often all it takes to cross it.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it yourself.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only for now. We'd love to go further, and we will once we can do it properly.
Getting your address right
Please give the delivery details one last read before you pay. An address that's incomplete or slightly wrong is the single most common reason a parcel doesn't arrive, and it's much easier to fix before it leaves than after.
Returns
We'd rather be plain about this than sound generous and then disappoint you. Here is exactly what we cover.
If something arrives damaged, flawed, or wrong
That one's on us, always. Get in touch within 30 days of your order arriving, send a photo of the item and the packaging it came in, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever you'd prefer. You usually won't need to post anything back to us.
If your parcel never turns up
If the tracking goes quiet and nothing arrives, let us know within 30 days of when it was due and we'll sort out a replacement.
If it comes back to us
Occasionally a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it sat uncollected too long. Write to us and we'll happily send it out again, though the second lot of shipping would be down to you. If it came back through no fault of yours, we'll resend it at our cost.
Sizing and second thoughts
We're not able to take a piece back because the size wasn't right, or because you changed your mind. We know that's stricter than some shops, and we'd rather tell you here than in an email later.
So we try hard to make the first choice the right one. Every product page carries its own measurements, our Size Guide gathers the details in one place, and the most reliable trick of all is to measure a favorite shirt you already own and compare. If you'd rather just ask a person, write to us before you order. We'll gladly talk sizes with you.
Sale items and gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned. Everything else follows the same rules above, whether it was full price or not.
